Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
Ubiquitous Advisory Pty Ltd (ABN 38 600 079 963) is a coaching practice run by me, Andrew Gallaway. I respect your privacy and aim to handle your personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains what I collect, why, and how I look after it.
What I collect
When you contact me: your name, email address, organisation (if you give it), the service you're interested in and your message.
When you book a conversation: your name, email address, phone number (if you choose a phone call), your chosen time, and anything you tell me about what you'd like to discuss.
If you become a client: contact and billing details, and notes I keep about our coaching sessions.
When you visit the website: basic technical information such as your browser type, the pages you visit and how you arrived, collected through cookies used by my website platform.
How I use it
I use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange and deliver coaching, send invoices, and understand how the website is used so I can improve it. I won't sell your information, and I won't add you to a mailing list without your permission.
Coaching confidentiality
What you share in coaching sessions is kept confidential, in line with the International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics. Where an organisation pays for your coaching, I agree upfront what, if anything, is reported to them. This is usually limited to attendance. The only exceptions are where the law requires disclosure or where there is a serious risk of harm to you or others.
Who I share it with
I use a small number of trusted services to run the business, and they handle some of your information on my behalf:
Squarespace (website hosting and contact form)
Calendly (booking conversations)
Microsoft Teams (online sessions) and my email provider
QuickBooks and my accountant (invoicing and bookkeeping, clients only)
Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. I choose reputable providers with appropriate security measures.
Cookies
My website uses cookies to make it work and to collect anonymous visitor statistics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the site may not work as well.
How I protect and keep it
I take reasonable steps to keep your information secure, including password-protected accounts and secure providers. I keep it only as long as I need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires for business and tax records, and then delete it securely.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the information I hold about you, or ask me to correct or delete it, by emailing andrew@ubiquitousadvisory.com. I'll respond within 30 days.
Questions or complaints
If you have a question or concern about how I've handled your information, please email me at andrew@ubiquitousadvisory.com and I'll work with you to resolve it. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
